What can prostate diseases cause in Men?

What can prostate diseases cause in Men?

Prostate pain: Patients always suffer from continuous frequent urination, urodynia, dysuria, and uncomfortable feeling on body parts like perineum, abdominal, lumbosacral. The pain is always getting worse after a long time riding and sitting. Obvious tenderness occurs on both sides of the anal levator in a digital rectal examination. Prostate palpation is normal without tenderness.

Abscess of prostate: In most cases, abscess of the prostate is a complication of acute bacterial prostatitis and always occurs at the age of 50-60. About half of patients have acute urinary retention, frequent urination, dysuria, rectal discomfort and urethral purulence. Sometimes, epididymitis may happen as well.

Prostatic calculus: Prostatic calculus refers to the stone formed in the inside of the prostate gland bubble and the glandular tube. It’s related to chronic prostate inflammation, prostate fluid retention, gland stenosis, metabolic disorder and so on. Patients are probably experiencing various symptoms associated with chronic prostatitis.

Tuberculosis of prostate: The symptoms are similar to signs of chronic prostatitis. Patients with tuberculosis usually have the history of urinary tract tuberculosis or tuberculosis of other parts. In a digital rectal examination, the prostate presents to be the irregular nodular, swelling epididymis and may get hard. Vas deferens has beaded callosity.

Prostatic cancer: Symptoms like frequent urination, urinary pain, dysuria may appear at the later period of cancer. But patients are always getting obvious general symptoms like emaciation, weak, anemia, anepithymia and so on.

Osteitis pubis: It presents to be the symptoms of chronic prostatitis. But, the anal diagnosis and the examination of the prostatic secretion are normal. The main character is tenderness on symphysis pubis.

Symptoms of Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis AND Causes of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis

Chronic Nonbacterial Prostatitis is also known as chronic prostatitis, which is a health condition that inflammation of prostate without bacterial infection. It is also called chronic pelvic pain syndrome. It presents symptoms ofprostatitis with negative result after urine culture and other test. It do not have any evidence of a bacterial infection, but men have the symptoms of prostate infection.

The symptoms (including chills, fever, pain in the lower back and genital area, body aches, burning or painful urination, and the frequent and urgent need to urinate) characteristically go away and then come back without warning. The urine and fluid from the prostate show no evidence of a known infecting organism, but the semen and other fluids from the prostate contain cells that the body usually produces to fight infection. Its symptoms are the most common urologic problem in men younger than 50 years and the third most common urologic problem in older men.

In  western medicine system, the causes of chronic prostatitis are nerves, stress and hormones. The goal in nonbacterial prostatitis treatment is to control the symptoms. Treatment with antibiotics and drugs that relax the muscles of the prostate gland is often tried and commonly fails.

In the system of TCM, the causes are obstruction of heat and dampness, obstruction of blood and Qi. To understand western conception in a tcm way, the causes can be considered as: obstructive Qi channels (caused by nerves), imbalanced endocrine(hormones; can be caused by stress). Obstructive Qi channels and imbalanced endocrine lead to obstruction of heat and dampness, obstruction of blood and Qi, then cause disorders.

Diet tips for chlamydia patients

Chlamydia diet:

Ideally, up to 80% of the chlamydia diet should include alkaline forming and fiber dense foods such as whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds.

Eat at least five servings of fresh fruits and vegetables that contain essential vitamins and minerals every day to cut the risk of chlamydia.

Processed, canned, and refined foods are devoid of any fiber and nutrients. They simply encourage the accumulation of toxins within the body, which act as a breeding ground for various bacteria, including chlamydia. These should be avoided.

Green foods such as alfalfa, barley grass, wheatgrass, and chlorella are rich in important phytonutrients that help in detoxification and blood purification.

Reduce intake of total saturated fat by restricting red meat, whole fat dairy, and butter and add foods rich in Vitamins A, C and E like fish, almonds, olives, and avocados.

Eat more sprouts and probiotics like yogurt as they build strength, improve digestion, and possess natural enzymes to kill the harmful chlamydia bacteria.

A chlamydia diet must exclude caffeine and alcohol.

Add cranberry juice in the daily chlamydia diet to prevent the chlamydia bacteria from entering the urinary tract.

Zinc supports the immune system and speeds healing. Take 20 milligrams of zinc twice a day.

Chlamydia herbs:

Echinacea and golden seal are recommended because of their anti-bacterial properties.
Garlic happens to be a natural antibiotic and eating it in the fresh or capsule form supports immunity.

Other natural chlamydia herbs include turmeric, oregano, cantharis, and saw palmetto, which cure infection with their anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial activity.

Warm tips:

What patients should remind is that, there is no single food or herb that will prevent chlamydia. Once suffering from chlamydia infection, patients should take timely and proper treatment in case bigger problems are induced. Dr. Lee, a specialist in treating female and male reproductive and urinary system diseases, has invented two herbal pills for curing chlamydia infection. Females can take fuyan pill, and males can take diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill to get a cure.

The complications of Chlamydia trachomatis for men

Here are the complications what chlamydia trachomatis men can experience:

Prostatitis

Since the chlamydia trachomatis can attack the urinary mucosa cells and prostatic tissues, so once the chlamydia trachomatis enter into men's prostate gland, men can affect prostatitis and experience symptoms like sexual dysfunctions, frequent urination, urgent urination, pain on testicles and so on.

Epididymitis

Since the epididymis is so close to prostate gland, chlamydia trachomatis in prostate gland and urinary mucosa cells can also spread to epididymis via blood and lymph circulation. Generally, the major symptoms are swelling, redness, and congestion on scrotal skin.

Non-gonococcal urethritis

Since the urinary mucosa cells and prostatic tissues can easily be invaded by chlamydia trachomatis, and the urethra is adjacent to prostatitis, men are easy to be affected non-gonococcal urethritis. Men with non-gonococcal urethritis can experience symptoms like painful and uncomfortable urination.

Chlamydia trachomatis in men is curable. Men can take herbal pill to cure it. There is one herbal pill named Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill that can cure this disease totally, because it has so many amazing functions like clearing away heat and toxic materials, promoting blood and Qi circulation, enhancing diuresis and so on.

acute prostatitis can cause sexual dysfunction

Dr. Lee will answer this question by give details of  its symptoms and complications.

Systematic symptoms
When affecting this disease, men can experience fever, vomiting, chills and so on. When this disease becomes sever, men even can shock, because bacteria enter into blood circulation, leading to toxic septicemia.

Prostatitis patients also can experience those symptoms which are similar with UTI’s. When patients has difficult in urinating( urine cannot be flushed out and stays in bladder for some reasons) and bloody urine that means this disease become severer.

Prostatitis men also have the chance of experience painful sexual intercourse, painful erection, ejaculation, impotence, and blood semen. So, sexual dysfunction has connection with acute prostatitis. However, one has had sexual dysfunction, that doesn't mean this person has had acute prostatitis, for his sexual dysfunction also can be caused by other reasons such as epididymis and so on.

All in all, once you have had sexual dysfunction, please go and see doctors. He or she will recommend some tests for you to lower down options. If your sexual dysfunction do is caused by acute prostatitis, please receive treatment - antibiotic, massage, pain killer or herbal medicine named Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill as soon as possible. And when your acute prostatitis is cured, your sexual dysfunction will disappear too.

How does prostatitis affect a man's life?

First, affecting men's reproductive ability
Long-term stimulation caused by chronic prostatitis makes the composition of prostatitis fluid changed. So not only the liquefy time of semen can be prolonged, but also the survival rate of sperm is affected. Infertility is the final consequence of this disease.

Second, affecting work and life
Those symptoms like dull pain on perineum, testicles and lumbosacral, frequent urination, urgent urination and difficult urination caused by stimulation of chronic prostatitis can make men annoyed and affect work and living at last.

Third, affecting sexual function
Due to the incomplete treatment, the aggravated symptoms and discomfort can affect men's sexual lives on both feelings and quality. Thus, at last, men will have those symptoms such as impotence and premature ejaculation.

Fourth, making wives sick
Inflammation of prostatitis also can be transmitted to wives via sex, especially when prostatitis is caused by some specific bacteria. Those inflammations are mould prostatitis, trichomonal prostatitis, and gonorrhea prostatitis, etc.

According the introduction of the harms, you must have the same feeling with me that prostatitis is too dangerous to be cured in time. How to cure chronic prostatitis? The curative effect of common treatment for chronic type is bad, so now, it is time to have a try on alternative treatment named Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill. This herbal medicine is good at treating chronic prostatitis. Although it may work slowly, it can cure this disease within three months and without relapse.

Can a prostate infection spread to your partner?

Prostatitis means infection or inflammation in prostate. Inflammation, according to wikipedia, is part of the complex biological response of vascular tissues to harmful stimuli, such as pathogens, damaged cells, or irritants. When prostate get infected, there must be bacteria or pathogens in prostate fluids, which can enter into vagina during intercourse as a part of semen. Then bacteria or pathogens entering into vagina can cause infection or inflammation. This is the point view that many people hold. But it is true?

Actually, this question can't be anwsered simply by "Yes" or "No". First, you should know clearly about the type of your prostatitis. Clinically there is no bacteria found in 90% of prostatitis, which means it is non bacterial prostatitis. If a man has this type of prostatitis, the infection can't be trasnmitted to a woman.

No matter what prostatitis it is, men with prostate infection should take correct medication in time. For acute prostatitis, antibiotics are the first choice. But if antibiotics don't work, and the disease develop to chronic, then men need to take herbal medicine Diuretic and anti-inflammatory Pill to cure chronic prostatitis. In general, patients with prostatitis can get cured with the pills in three months.

Chlamydia should be treated in time

If you are a man, this disease can cause a condition called nongonococcal urethritis - an infection of the urethra, epididymitis – an infection of the epididymis or proctitis – an inflammation of the rectum.

Those consequences are men and women have to face to, if they don't cure chlamydia infection timely. Chlamydia infection isnt a stubborn disease as long as people can cure this disease timely, but when it becomes chronic type and causing prostatitis, PID, the treatment is more complicated. Chlamydia infection can be cured by oral antibiotics and herbal formula. You doctor will also recommend your partners be treated as well to prevent reinfection and further spread of the disease.

This disease also can be cured by herbal formula, if you are a woman, you should take Fuyan Pill, if you are a man, and you should take Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill, because men and women have different reproductive organs. Chlamydia infection can be cured by the two pills within three months.

Treating nonbacterial prostatitis with TCM

Prostate is a special organization with special structure. Its appearance is wrapped by a layer of fibrous capsule which is composed of connective tissue and muscle tissue and it stretches to the prostate entity gland. Plus, a lipid membrane surrounds in the outside of each prostate gland, which forms a barrier ( blood - prostate barrier ). In other words, medicine that enter in blood can not reach prostate tissue.

Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill is a medicine to treat nonbacterial prostatitis. Sometimes, patients indeed feel uncomfortable, but nothing can be found in prostatic fluid culture. So patients wonder if they are misdiagnosed with prostatitis. Actually, this prostatitis is called nonbacterial prostatitis, which is usually induced by repeated or continue congestion.

Some cases of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis:
1.Married men are used to regular intercourse, if their mates have diseases or their mates are pregnant which must stop intercourse for a period. Their secretion can increase under long-term sexual impulses. Gradually, chronic congestion occurs and secretion effusion store in prostate and seminal vesicle.
2.For men who do not want children, they often stop intercourse, that is tosay coitus incompletus happens before ejaculation. If this last for a long time, prostate fluid can residue in prostate, which is prone to lead to chronic congestion.

3.Unmarried men who masturbate frequently.
4. Alcohol or spicy food are criminal that induce acute congestion of the genitourinary system

Introduction Of Chronic Prostatitis

1. Types of chronic prostatitis
There are two main types of chronic prostatitis--chronic bacterial prostatitis (caused by chronic bacterial infection) and nonbacterial prostatitis.

2. Symptoms of  chronic prostatitis
The symptoms of chronic prostatitis vary widely. Some have no symptoms, others have very serious typical symptoms. The symptoms of chronic prostatitis are similar to those of acute bacterial prostatitis. However, men with a flare-up of chronic bacterial prostatitis tend to be less ill than those with acute prostatitis. For example, a fever (high temperature) is less likely and you are less likely to have general aches and pains.

Men with chronic prostatitis tend to have symptoms that wax and wane. During a flare-up, you can have pain and discomfort. You feel this mainly at the base of your penis, around your anus, just above your pubic bone and/or in your lower back. Pain may spread to your penis and testes. Passing stools (faeces) can be painful. You may also have symptoms from a urine infection such as pain when you pass urine, passing urine frequently or an urgent desire to pass urine. You may experience impotence (difficulty in getting an erection), ejaculation may sometimes be painful and some men have worse pain (as described above) after having sex. You may feel tired, and have general aches and pains.

3. Complications of chronic prostatitis
1) Chronic Seminal vesiculitis: is the most common complication of chronic prostatitis. In the chronic process, the two often coexist and interact.
2) Impotence: a common complication of chronic prostatitis.
3) infertility: chronic prostatitis is a very important reason to cause male infertility. Chronic prostatitis can cause reduction in secretion of prostatic fluid which lead to the liquefaction of semen. What's more, infertility could be caused by necrospermia and aspermia which result from the destruction of hazardous substance, or lack of nutrient.

4) urethritis: chronic prostatitis and urethritis often coexist and interact. Irritation in urinary tract isthe symptom of chronic prostatitis.
5) cystitis: chronic prostatitis often coexists and interacts with cystitis. Bladder irritation is a noticeable symptom among the patients.

herbs treatment can work to reproductive and urinary system

How can herbs work to reproductive and urinary system?

In some herbal formulas, some specific herbs are needed, which are understood as "guiding herb" in order to "guide" other herbs in the formula to work directly in specific area or system. Not all formulas contain "guiding herbs"?

"Guiding herbs" not only can improve the efficiency of the formula, but also can reduce the adverse effect or toxicity of the formula. "Guiding herb" can be critical for a formula, and they vary in different formulas.

Because of the "guiding herb" herbal formulas can work effectively and directly into reproductive system and urinary system, to completely clear up infections. Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill, and Fuyan Pill, are always recommended as alternatives for curing stubborn chlamydia infections. Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill works in urinary system and men's genital system, while Fuyan Pill is used for treating chlamydia infection in women's reproductive system.

How can you cure bacterial prostatitis?

Though bacterial prostatitis is not very common, many men can get this disease easily. Thera are several suggestions can help you to cure bacterial prostatitis.

Empty the prostate often while on antibiotics. For example if you are using Levaquin, which is taken one time per day at about 500 mg, you should empty the prostate about 30 minutes to one hour after taking the medication on an empty stomach with a large glass of water. Because the prostate is essentially dormant if full but when emptied it will fill with blood in order to recharge.  While most research studies note the poor penetration rate of antibiotic into the prostate only a few indicate the need to encourage blood flow by emptying the prostate often.

Herbal remedies. Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill is a typical herbal remedy for bacterial prostatitis. In Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill, materials such as polygonum aviculare, dianthus superbus, talc and plantago can clear heat and promot diuresis. Houttuynia can clear toxic materials. Safflower is able to promote blood circulation. There are also various pure herbs which can help patients improve physical conditioning in the meidicine. The dietary therapy for chronic cystitis patients

In our daily life, in the early stage of illness, many patients are prone to choose dietary therapy to relieve their symptoms. For chronic cystitis, there are also some dietary therapies for this disease. However, it is important for patients to choose a proper dietary therapy.

1. Diet is using fresh bamboo leaves and lalang grass rhizome to make tea. This dietary prescription is mainly used for chronic cystitis patients who have red blood cells in the urine;

2. Mixed fresh sugar cane juice with tender lotus root is also a kind of dietary therapy. This therapy mainly focuses on relieving the symptom like red and heat urination.

3.The fresh mung bean sprout juice with some sugar is able to relieve the symptoms like frequent and urgent urination, burning sensation etc.

4. In addition, the plantain porridge, made by plantain, Fistular Onion Stalk and polished round-grained rice, has good effect on diuretic and hemostatic.

5. Shepherd's purse with tofu soup is able to clear away heat and kill bacteria, promote diuresis and relieve stranguria; this therapy is common used for urinary tract infections and burning urination patients.

For these reasons, we can realize that different dietary therapies are suitable for different symptoms. However, when suffering from chronic symptoms, patients may suffer from all symptoms above mentioned. If patients only take these dietary therapies, it cannot relieve their symptoms but may aggravate the disease. Therefore, it is necessary for patients to find a complete formula, for example, the formula-completed herbal medicine - diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill.

A conclusion of prostatitis treatments

With the increasing of life pressure in our society, men are more likely to be troubled by genital diseases, especially for prostatitis. If a man has acquired prostatitis, he would be very worried. And this disease is very difficult to be cured. This article is about what is prostatitis and how to cure it.
The causes of prostatitis are various. Bacteria play a significant role in the causes of prostatitis. The other causes, such as chlamydia, mycoplasma, fungus and parasite, all can induce prostatitis.

Before we do the treatment, we should take a clinical evaluation to work out the type of the disease. Psychological therapy and sex adjust should run though the whole process of the treatment. In general, there are four types of treatment as follows:

1. Antibiotic therapy. Bacteria are the most common pathogen of prostatitis. There are many kinds of antibiotics which can be used to treat bacterial prostatitis. Before you take some of them, you should consult the doctor to decide the quantity and type of antibiotics. For non-bacterial prostatitis, antibiotic is not suitable to treat it. And as we know all kinds of antibiotics would have side-effects. They are not recommended for long-term use.

2. Physical therapy. Prostate massage can evacuate the inflammatory secretion in the prostatic duct. So that you can do a massage per 3 to 7 days. And because massage can relax the prostate gland, smooth muscle in the posterior urethra and muscle in the pelvic cavity, it would be good for relieving pain.

3. Surgery therapy. In the past, the doctors would suggest patients to do prostatectomy to hit the mark. The so-called prostatectomy is to cut off tissues around prostate and the whole prostate gland to eliminate inflammation. It is suitable for severe cases. But it is very likely to induce bleeding, urinary incontinence and impotence. So this method has been abandoned in most countries.

4. TCM therapy. TCM is short for traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, TCM therapy has been accepted by more and more Europeans. Dr.Lee, a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in China, Hubei province, has invented a prescription: diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill. This pill is made of dozens of rare medicinal herbs originated from nature. Proved by many patients with prostatitis, it has a very good effect on treating chronic prostatitis and some other genital diseases of men.

men need to preclude excessive masturbation for preventing hematospermia

Then, why does semen appear these abnormal colors if men have excessive masturbation?

Dr. Lee explains, when men have excessive masturbation, the central nervous system will be in the excited state for a long time. The genitourinary system will be long-term congestion because of excessive masturbation. And the tiny blood vessels will rupture and bleed caused by mechanical collision. For these reasons, hematospermiamay appear if men have excessive masturbation.

Besides, because of excessive masturbation, the reproductive organs such as prostate, seminal vesicle are easy to be infected caused by the bacteria invasions. Take the seminal vesiculitis for example; it is the common disease to cause hematospermia.

Seminal vesicle, rich in tiny blood vessels, is used for sperm storage. And the tiny blood vessels are easy to bleed caused by damage. In addition, since the seminal vesicle is located between the bladder and the rectum, and above the prostate, the semen will be discharged through the ejaculatory duct and the urethra. So once infected with genital tract inflammation such as seminal vesiculitis, men are susceptible to hematospermia.

Of course, reproductive diseases like prostatitis, urethritis can also lead to hematospermia. Once confirmed with these diseases, if the antibiotics work no avail or these diseases are developed into chronic type, patients might as well try the TCM treatment like diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill. It can not only prevent the hematospermia, but also cure this disease from the root.

In addition, for example, avoiding frequent and drastic sexual intercourses, stimulation foods and alcohol, averting horseback riding for long distances, seminal taking vesicles and prostate massage frequently, and taking hot bath every day can also prevent the hematospermia to some degree.

Blood in Semen and its complications

Blood in the semen, called hematospermia, is blood that is either too small to be seen (microscopic) or visible in the ejaculation fluid.
For men under age 40, infection is the most common cause. Infection is usually accompanied by other signs and symptoms, such as fever, genital or urinary pain, difficulty urinating, or blood in your urine.
For men age 40 and older, blood in semen is a slight predictor of a cancer (malignancy), most often prostate cancer. So a more careful evaluation is merited when this sign appears in this age group. But the risk is low. In follow-up studies of more than 800 men who had blood in their semen, cancer was found in less than 4 percent (on average).

Symptoms that may occur with this condition include:
Blood in urine
Fever or chills
Lower back pain
Pain with bowel movement
Pain with ejaculation
Pain with urination
Swelling in scrotum
Swelling or tenderness in groin area
Tenderness in the scrotum

    Pitfalls of treating seminal vesiculitis

Seminal vesiculitis which has the mainly symptoms like hematospermia and paruria is one of the most common male diseases. Many seminal vesiculitis patients complain that the disease is refractory and easy to recur. Actually, many suffers are easy to trap into some pitfalls in the process of seminal vesiculitis treatment. As a result, their disease which is delayed and growing complicated is hard to be cured. There, Wuhan herbalist Dr. Lee will explain five pitfalls which are easy to occur in the process of seminal vesiculitis treatment.

The seminal vesiculitis goes without timely treatment when the patients suffer it

It is the mainly reason why the diseases cannot be cured rapidly and effectively. If the patients get seminal vesiculitis in the beginning, they are likely to fell asymptomatic, only has the symptoms like abnormal micturition. The symptoms are not severe; the patients do not pay more attention to the disease and have timely treatment in hospital. Therefore, the best treatment period is missed and the difficulty of the disease is increased.

    Abuse the anti-inflammatory drugs

Most suffers will buy some anti-inflammatory drugs casually when they appear some symptoms like hematospermia or frequency, urgency and pain urination. Actually, it is a really wrong behavior. Seminal vesiculitis is most caused by inflammation, but the patients should follow the doctors'advice to choose which anti-inflammatory drugs should be taken. Furthermore, patients are resistant to the drugs if they take it for long-term. Therefore, if they suffer seminal vesiculitis, they had better to take some examinations in hospital, or they can choose the herbal pill - Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill which has the functions of diminishing inflammation and is safe and has no drug resistance.

Treatment for male infertility caused by the mainly five abnormal sperm morphology

Wuhan herbalist Dr. Lee Xiaoping says that if men suffer from the disease, they can take the herbal pill like diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill. In order to take actions on treatment and prevention, here, Dr. Lee will explain what can lead to male infertility disease?

1.Few amount of semen: Generally speaking, normal ejaculatory amount is about 2 ~ 6ml. As ejaculate amount has certain relationship with the frequency of ejaculation .  Thus, if ejaculatory amount is less than 1 ml every time, it is called few amount of semen.

    2. Low sperm motility and necrospermia: Commonly, after ejaculation in 1 hour, the vibrant sperm should be above 70 %. If the vibrant sperm is less than 50%, it is  considered as asthenozoospermia. If the sperm completely has no motility, it is called necrospermia. Generally speaking, low sperm motility and necrospermia are two of the important causes of male infertility. Men should pay attention to these conditions because they are imperceptible symptoms of male infertility.

3.Azoospermia: Azoospermia refers to no sperm through some examinations. Azoospermia can be mainly divided into two types: The first type is spermatogenic dysfunction, men cannot produce sperm. It is also known as True azoospermia. The second type is normal spermatogenesis, but the vas deferens appears obstruction. Thus, sperm cannot be discharged in vitro. This condition is known as obstructive azoospermia.

    NGU and its symptoms

The people that infected with the disease are mild symptoms or no symptoms at first. But the carriers can trigger at any time, and then the clinical symptoms and signs appear. The most obviously symptoms is urinary frequency, urgency, urine pain and dysuria with the acute nongonococcal hemorrhagic cystitis. When checking the urethra, we can find the flushing and swelling. The urethra may have a small amount of yellow secretions.

Here are the complications to the disease:
Nongonococcal bartholinitis. Glands between the labia minora and the hymen opening present flushing, edema, pain and abscess if it is seriously influenced.
Non-gonococcal pelvic inflammatory disease. Acute pelvic inflammatory disease's performance is fever, headache, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, as well as the bloating, nausea, vomiting and other gastrointestinal symptoms. Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease may present the bulge in lower abdominal, the backache and the increasing vaginal discharge.

We have many ways to prevent the NGU. For example, try to stay eradicate sexual confusion, do not to have sexual relations with anyone before the disease is cured. Besides, patients should be dedicated to the tub and the towels and underwear should be regularly sterilized by boiling.

Bloody urine caused by cystitis treatment

Bloody urine is a major symptom of cystitis. If the urine is normal at the beginning, but showing blood at the end, the bloody urine commonly is caused by cystitis. However, the bloody urine also can be caused by kidney diseases like nephropyelitis even though it is seldom.

Cystitis, commonly caused by bacterial infection, is a Urinary tract infectious disease. It is easier for Woman to affect this disease than man, because their urethra is short and close to anus. Thus it is easy to be attacked by bacteria.

Cystitis patients at acute period can experience bloody urine, difficult to urinate, frequent urination, pain on lower abdomina and pain and burning on urethral orifice. If cystitis occurs again and again, it will turn into chronic type like glandular cystitis, which symptoms are frequent urination, urgent urination, painful urination, bloody urine, difficult urination and so on.

Cystitis is a disease that belongs to Traditional Chinese Medical system's heat stranguria and Qi stranguria. According to the symptoms, to cure this bloody urine caused by cystitis, patients need to clear heat and remove toxin, resolve stranguria and diuretic. Herbal pill - Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill is such a pill that has the functions of activating blood and resolving stasis, softening hardness and dissipating mass, clearing heat and resolving dampness, thus, symptoms of acute cystitis can disappear with 3-5 days treatment. Chronic cystitis can be cured totally with 3 months treatment.

    TCM therapy for trichomonal prostatitis

    What is trichomonal prostatitis?

Trichomonal prostatitis refers to the inflammation of the prostate caused by parasitic trichomonad. Generally speaking, it is difficult to diagnose this disease because many doctors attributed to the causes of this disease as bacterial infection, wrongly. Besides, as we all know, trichomonas vaginitis is the common female gynecological disease, when man has sex with a woman who has trichomonas vaginitis; man is likely to be infected. Thus, both men and women need timely treatment.

How to treat the disease with TCM therapy?

Commonly, trichomonal prostatitis has similar symptoms with chronic prostatitis. Sufferers tend to have symptoms like urethral itching, smelly secretions, urethra tingling, and painful perineum and crissum etc. In a view of TCM, they hold opinions that this disease is common caused by the spleen and liver stagnation, heat gathering and blood stasis. First, diuretic anti-inflammatory pill is a complete formula, in the treatment of trichomonal prostatitis; it can proceed from the overall. And it can relieve internal heat, clear toxin, remove blood stasis and promote blood circulation, working on relieving these symptoms effectively. testicular pain and swelling common causes

The most common cause of testicular pain and swelling is physical trauma. This can occur if an individual accidentally hurts his groin or is struck in the area. It is also possible to feel pain and discomfort after vigorous sexual activity. In these cases, the testicular pain is temporary. The individual can choose to manage the discomfort with painkillers or a cold compress or simply wait until the pain fades.

At times the testicle can get infected and cause pain. This condition is called Epididymitis and common in men 18 years of age and older. Gonorrhea or chlamydia, two sexually transmitted diseases, may also cause this condition. In older men enlargement of the prostate gland is a common cause of testicular infection.

The treatment of testicular pain and swelling depends largely on the cause of the discomfort. General soreness from physical fatigue, for example, can be treated with a cold compress or painkillers. On the other hand, testicular torsion, in which testicular pain and swelling are caused by a twisted testicle, requires immediate surgical intervention. In most cases, testicular pain and swelling is considered to be a medical emergency. Individuals who experience any related symptoms should consult a urologist as soon as possible.

If the pain is sudden and persistent, however, it may be a sign of a more serious medical condition. One of the chief medical causes of testicular pain and swelling is testicular torsion. Individuals with this condition suffer from a testicle that has twisted inside the scrotum, which can eventually cut off blood supply to the testicle. Testicular torsion must be surgically corrected immediately to prevent any permanent damage to the organ.

    Clinical Prostatalgia

    Physical of Prostatalgia

    No finding is pathognomonic.
Examination of the genitalia reveals normal results.
Digital rectal examination may reveal a tight anal sphincter. When the anal sphincter tone is hyperactive, a verifiable spastic neuropathy must be excluded. The hyperactivity may otherwise indicate a spasmodic hyperirritability of the pelvic floor musculature, which may be amenable to medical and biofeedback therapies.

The prostate and adjacent tissues may be moderately to severely tender, and the gland itself may be slightly congested or boggy. However, the presence of a small, relatively firm gland does not exclude the possibility of CPPS type III. Extreme tenderness upon gentle palpation of the prostate should raise suspicion for acute bacterial prostatitis or even a prostatic abscess.
The value of this examination is to exclude other diagnoses, such as prostate cancer, chronic urethritis/meatitis, and granulomatous prostatitis.

    Causes of Prostatalgia

An informative review of the possible role for fastidious bacteria (ie, bacteria that cannot be isolated on standard culture media) in the development of chronic prostatitis (CP)/CPPS has recently been presented by a leader in this field, Professor John N. Krieger at the University of Washington.Among the fastidious organisms that have been implicated are Chlamydia trachomatis, the genital mycoplasmas (ie, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma hominis, Mycoplasma genitalium), a protozoan (ie, Trichomonas vaginalis), Neisseria gonorrhoeae, genital tract viruses (eg, herpes simplex virus types 1 and 2, cytomegalovirus), fungi, anaerobic bacteria, and gram-positive bacteria.

Only 10 (8%) of 135 patients with CP/CPPS in this series tested positive for fastidious organisms. However, in another series, 79 (47%) of 170 specimens from patients with CP/CPPS exhibited gene sequencing (16S rDNA) positive for the presence of microbes, while only 21 (20%) of 117 control specimens from patients undergoing radical prostatectomy were positive (P <.01). These observations support a potential role for uncommon organisms in CP/CPPS.

Those spicy foods such as onion, garlic, pepper and chili cannot be eaten by prostatitis patients because those foods also can bring low immunity and congestion to this gland. If you eat those spicy foods, you also can make this disease severer, so please far away from those foods.

    excessive drinking
Alcohol can be absorbed and spread to other parts of our body after drinking. Prostate gland is sensitive to alcohol and can be excited after stimulated by alcohol, so prostate gland can expend, congest and swelling after drinking.

Do you know Herbal treatment for prostatitis is worth trying

Prostatitis is a condition that has inflammation on prostate gland. Many years ago, prostatitis was a disease for old men, but recently, more and more young men become its victims. According to a medical surgery from health center, most sufferers are at middle and old age.

There is no doubt that many prostatitis men have experienced the pain caused by prostatitis. Most of them don't recover from the remedy they choose as the remedy can’t treat prostatitis radically. Actually, herbal care is worth trying. Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill is an herbal remedy that used to cure prostatitis. This particular formula is invented by Dr. Lee, who has more than 30 years experience on treating prostatitis. This pill can cure prostatitis radically.

Prostatitis is an infection of the prostate that is often caused by some of the same bacteria that cause bladder infections. These include E. coli, Klebsiella, and Proteus. While it may be acquired as a sexually transmitted disease, the infection can also spread to the prostate through the blood stream, directly from an adjacent organ, or as a complication of prostate biopsy. At one time, prostatitis was believed to be a sexually transmitted disease, but more recent research suggests that only a small number of cases are passed on through sex. Certain conditions and medical procedures increase the risk of developing prostatitis.

Although knowing the causes of prostatitis is important, knowing the symptoms of this disease is important too. As you may know that herbal medicine is a medical system that focus on symptoms but not the causes, so as long as you know the symptoms, you can choose herbal medicine.

Herbal medicine - Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill is an pill that has more than 40 rarely herbs, which bring many functions to this pill. This pill can cure prostatitis with three or four months because this pill can promote blood circulation, clear away heat and toxic materials, dissipate hard lumps, dissolve stasis, improve Qi and release pain. You can try this herbal cure for prostatitis if you are still live in the pain of this disease.

You need to know the conclusion of prostatits treatment

As we all know, before we do the treatment, we should take a clinical evaluation to work out the type of prostatitis. Psychological therapy and sex adjust should run though the whole process of the prostatitis treatment. In general, there are four types of treatment as follows:

Physical therapy. Prostate massage can evacuate the inflammatory secretion in the prostatic duct. So that you can do a massage per 3 to 7 days. And because massage can relax the prostate gland, smooth muscle in the posterior urethra and muscle in the pelvic cavity, it would be good for relieving pain.
