What can prostate diseases cause in Men?

Prostate pain: Patients always suffer from continuous frequent urination, urodynia, dysuria, and uncomfortable feeling on body parts like perineum, abdominal, lumbosacral. The pain is always getting worse after a long time riding and sitting. Obvious tenderness occurs on both sides of the anal levator in a digital rectal examination. Prostate palpation is normal without tenderness.  

Abscess of prostate: In most cases, abscess of the prostate is a complication of acute bacterial prostatitis and always occurs at the age of 50-60. About half of patients have acute urinary retention, frequent urination, dysuria, rectal discomfort and urethral purulence. Sometimes, epididymitis may happen as well.

Prostatic calculus: Prostatic calculus refers to the stone formed in the inside of the prostate gland bubble and the glandular tube. It’s related to chronic prostate inflammation, prostate fluid retention, gland stenosis, metabolic disorder and so on. Patients are probably experiencing various symptoms associated with chronic prostatitis. 

Tuberculosis of prostate: The symptoms are similar to signs of chronic prostatitis. Patients with tuberculosis usually have the history of urinary tract tuberculosis or tuberculosis of other parts. In a digital rectal examination, the prostate presents to be the irregular nodular, swelling epididymis and may get hard. Vas deferens has beaded callosity.

Prostatic cancer: Symptoms like frequent urination, urinary pain, dysuria may appear at the later period of cancer. But patients are always getting obvious general symptoms like emaciation, weak, anemia, anepithymia and so on.

Osteitis pubis: It presents to be the symptoms of chronic prostatitis. But, the anal diagnosis and the examination of the prostatic secretion are normal. The main character is tenderness on symphysis pubis.
